Tonight we celebrated Eliza’s monthly birthday by making a French Banana Cake. Back when Eliza had her “button” placed, the doctor told us that we could feed her anything that wouldn’t clog her tube. We took that to heart and have always tried to think of things that will make her food a little more fun (sneaking in more calories is a bonus too). So today, Eliza had her cake and ate it too!
